Join us for a powerful day of systems thinking, community conversation, and strategic reflection designed for leaders who are building work that is both financially sustainable and deeply impactful.
This special full-day experience includes:
✔ a screening of the documentary Uncharitable
✔ facilitated discussion and cross-sector networking
✔ a light lunch
✔ and an interactive Theory of Change workshop grounded in Georgian College’s Social Innovation frameworks and tools
Together, we’ll explore:
the systems shaping the challenges we care about
how impact and sustainability can reinforce one another
and how to move from good intentions toward clearer strategy and aligned action
Participants will actively apply social innovation tools to their own business, organization, initiative, or community work while connecting with other thoughtful leaders from across the region.
This is not a lecture-style workshop.
It is a collaborative working session designed to help you:
